Peer Review Process

Peer review is the process to assess the quality of a manuscript before it is published. Independent researchers in the relevant textile engineering and management assess submitted manuscript for originality, validity, and significance to help editors determine whether a manuscript should be published in their journal.

An editor first reviews the submitted manuscript for the preliminary assessment. It will be evaluated by the editor, whether it is suitable for International Journal of Textile Engineering and Management (IJTEM) under an internal checking system regarding scopes, impact and originality.

The manuscript will be sent to at least two anonymous reviewers (Blind Peer Review). Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary modification of the manuscript.

The suggested decision will be evaluated in an editorial board member or Editor. Afterward, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.
